At Norman Powell (NP) Elite, we believe in instilling values and work ethic in our players while creating lasting memories. Norman Powell’s motto “Understand the Grind” or (U.T.G.), is based on core values which equal hard work, commitment and dedication. Through these values, we aim to create a familial yet challenging environment. We are dedicated to fostering a love for the game through high-quality coaching, support, and positive mentorship in a diverse environment. We strive to develop not only skilled basketball players, but also confident, responsible, and compassionate individuals who excel in all aspects of life.
Our vision is to be a prominent basketball program that helps set precedents for other programs in areas such as athletic development, growth mindsets, and strategic athletic maneuvers. We want to impact our community in a positive way by encouraging and nurturing relationships through basketball.
